Operations Grounding
Support, NOC, and field work taught me to think in runbooks, permissions, failure modes, escalation paths, and business continuity instead of only feature output.

I treat documentation, training, and workflow clarity as part of the deliverable. A system is not really finished if nobody else can run it confidently.
Why This Background Matters

Special Projects Associate
- Support high-impact IT initiatives and early AI integrations across the organization, working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Deploy and configure open-source AI infrastructure across x86_64 and ARM64 environments, including Llama.cpp, AMD ROCm, and NVIDIA CUDA stacks.
