Experience

My background sits at the intersection of operations, support, infrastructure, and emerging AI delivery.

That combination matters because it produces a different kind of builder: someone who can shape requirements, handle messy systems, and still care about the documentation and handoff quality that decide whether a tool survives after launch.

AI Delivery

I work on private retrieval, document ingestion, local-model infrastructure, and automation where the architecture has to stay understandable under real operational constraints.

Operations Grounding

Support, NOC, and field work taught me to think in runbooks, permissions, failure modes, escalation paths, and business continuity instead of only feature output.

Handoff Quality

I treat documentation, training, and workflow clarity as part of the deliverable. A system is not really finished if nobody else can run it confidently.

  • Support high-impact IT initiatives and early AI integrations across the organization, working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Deploy and configure open-source AI infrastructure across x86_64 and ARM64 environments, including Llama.cpp, AMD ROCm, and NVIDIA CUDA stacks.
  • Design private retrieval and document-ingestion workflows for enterprise use cases where evidence quality and system boundaries matter.
