I am a versatile IT professional with enterprise support, network operations, and field engineering experience. My background combines frontline support discipline with systems thinking: I like solving technical problems in a way that also improves the process around them.

At CherryRoad Technologies, I support incident resolution and service continuity across multiple platforms and teams. I also build documentation standards and internal knowledge systems so solutions become repeatable and easier to scale.

I earned a BAS in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics from Highline College, and I continue building practical projects in automation, AI tooling, and local-first productivity software.
